Our Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of receipt unless you have a credit account on file with Rainbow Signs, Inc.
  • Typical Production Turnaround Time is 3-5 business days from the date of an approved proof & quote (Turnaround Time varies by Job Size).
  • A layout/proof will be provided for most jobs that must be approved in writing prior to initiating production work on your project. One round of minor modifications to this proof will be made at no additional charge. Any additional design/layout work that is required is considered chargeable design time and will be billed as a separate line item on your project (at RSI discretion). We will provide a quote on any additional design/layout fees prior to proceeding with the additional design work.
  • All artwork, mockups, design work, layouts, shop drawings, etc. are property of Rainbow Signs, Inc. until Paid In Full. Distribution of these materials is at the discretion of RSI until Paid In Full. RSI will attempt to archive all production artwork for a period of 5 years.
  • 50% down payment may be required on jobs larger than $500 to initiate production
  • A Tax Resale Certificate must be present on file at Rainbow Signs, Inc. to qualify for tax exempt purchases.
  • Rainbow Signs, Inc. reserves the right to assess monthly finance charges on any unpaid balances.
  • All projects are guaranteed (materials & workmanship) for a maximum of 1 calendar year from the date of invoice.
  • RUSH Fees may be applicable on any projects that are required to be completed sooner than our Typical Production Turnaround Time and will be addressed on a per-project basis when applicable.
  • $40 Order Minimum on Custom Sign Work
  • Appointments are highly preferred :: We do custom work and cannot always guarantee walk-in availability
  • You must own the copyright/trademark for materials we produce on your behalf. Rainbow Signs, Inc. will not reproduce any products that infringe on any trademarks, ownership or intellectual property rights and is not liable for any damages that may arise as a result of products or materials we produce on behalf of our clients.
  • When/where applicable, local City Sign Permits may need to be obtained prior to production and installation of your project. We will contact you with a Sign Permit Quote for approval (on applicable projects) prior to initiating any production or design work on your project.
